Triplet...I need your help!!!

We are getting our house ready to list for sale. My husband and I are praying about a 'big' move. I have always wanted to live closer to my twin sister and since she and her family are being stubborn about coming this way, I guess my husband and I will have to be the ones to 'take the leap of faith' and move to another state. However, God has to be in on all of this and with the job market and the housing market the way it is, if this 'works' then we will know it is God. In preparation for this new journey, we are getting ready to put our house on the market. My sisters friend Regina (our third triplet) is awesome at home decorating and staging. You should see what she did in my sisters home. Anyway, I am posting some pics here (three rooms for now...more to come later) and want her to be able to see them and give me some advice. If anyone else out there is even reading my blog and has some house-wisdom I would greatly apprecaite your input. Regina, thanks for taking the time to help me out. I love you girl and can't wait to see you.

First up is the kitchen:

Next is the Dining Room:
Now for the Living Room:

Any advice that could stage my house better I would greatly appreciate. Please don't be afraid to make 'any' suggestions. I want to take all ideas (furniture placement, furniture removal, etc.) seriously. Thanks for your input.

hey cherri, so excited about your house. i would absolutely love to help with staging your home. one thing i noticed i would change is either entry to your home you see the back of furniture, i would possibly arrange the furniture where its its more in focus ..and i'd make the entry area near main front door more of a foyer area since there is no designated foyer area, because a foyer sets the tone for your home. i think the kitchen is great just need to maybe add a complimentary color to the red (which i love)any ways i jusy need to come down and spend a few days and do house stuff and we will have it looking so amazing there may be a problem...yoiu might not want to move.....let me know when you want to do house things and i am definately there, i love it!!!!!!!love you toooo triplet!!!you and terri make me feel sooooo special!!!!!!!!

I saw your post and thought I would give you a quick opinion. I would take down the heavy curtains for showing the home. Change to something more simple and airy to make the room feel lighter and bigger.

You home looks great in the pictures you sent and a few tweaks from Regina you will have your house sold in no time!

PS as an organizing specialist, make sure your cabinets and closets are cleared out and organized to showcase their storage. No one wants to purchase a house with no storage, so make sure your storage shines (whether it is good or bad :):>

Good luck!
